How long will my product take to make and ship?

All our products are ready to ship and will leave in 1-4 business days after an order is placed.

Can I use my plant stand or furniture outside? 

All products are designed for indoor use only unless clearly stated as otherwise.

How can I keep my item clean? 

Use a cotton cloth or duster to keep items dust free. Avoid chemical cleaners where possible, but if using, ensure to test on the underside or non visible area of the item first and wait to see if it causes any effects.

Can I use any kind of pot on my stand?

Don't use pots with holes in their base or use a saucer underneath them if placing them on the stands. As the stands are made from timber, any water caught underneath may cause discoloration or staining. 

Where do you ship to?

Currently we only ship within Australia.

Why does my product smell when it first came out of the box?

Some items that have been recently finished may have a slight citrus odour of the type of Danish Oil we use. This is not harmful and will dissipate in a matter of days.
