    Shipping Policy

    All items are carefully packed to ensure they arrive safely.

    Processing Time

    Orders are typically processed within 4 business days at most, with many items shipping the next business day. As many items are handmade, processing times may vary slightly. If there is a delay, I’ll be in touch.

    Shipping

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

    Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation and tracking details where available.

    Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and postal service conditions.

    Damaged in Transit

    If your item arrives damaged:

    • Please contact me as soon as possible after delivery.

    • Customers are advised to keep all original packaging and take clear photos of the item and packaging upon receipt and opening.

    • I’ll organise a repair, replacement, exchange or refund as appropriate, and cover any required return shipping costs.

    Incorrect Address

    Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. I can’t be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If anything doesn’t look right, I will be in contact. If you’d like to double-check details prior to shipping, please get in touch.

    Local Pickup and Delivery (Central Coast)

    If local pickup or delivery is available, this option will be provided at checkout or arranged by contact.

    Product Care & Use

    Can I use my plant stand or furniture outside?

    All products are designed for indoor use only.

    How can I keep my item clean?

    Use a cotton cloth or duster to keep items dust-free. Avoid chemical cleaners where possible. If using a cleaner, test it first on the underside or a non-visible area and wait to ensure it causes no adverse effects.

    Can I use any kind of pot on my stand?

    I recommend using pots with solid bases (no drainage holes) or placing a saucer underneath. As the stands are made from timber, any water trapped underneath may cause discolouration or staining over time.

    Where do you ship to?

    I ship worldwide. Direct purchases are available within Australia. International orders are handled on a case-by-case basis due to changing shipping prices and tariffs.

    International Shipping

    If you’re an international customer wishing to purchase multiple items, please contact me via email or the contact form. I may be able to reduce shipping costs by packaging items differently.

    • International orders typically take 6–27 business days.

    • While I endeavour to provide tracking, visibility may be limited once parcels leave Australia.

    • All international shipping rates are standard rates. Express and courier services can be quoted upon request.
