I take great care in making and packing every piece. If something isn’t right when it arrives, I’ll make it right.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, I offer returns, refunds, exchanges, repairs, or replacements, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

I will cover all return and replacement shipping costs for faulty or damaged items.

Please contact me as soon as possible after delivery.

Customers are advised to keep the original packaging and take clear photos of the item and any damage upon receipt and opening, as these may be required to assess the issue.
Change of Mind Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item due to a change of mind:

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your item.

The item must be returned in its original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original packaging should be used where possible.
Timeframe
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days from the date of receipt, unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.
