Comissions
Commission your own timber sculpture
As much as I love being able to bring my own ideas to life, some of the best work I've ever done has been of someone else's idea or something they wanted made.
I want this process to be as simple and as stress free as possible, so generally the steps below are how things go, but it all starts with getting in contact and having a chat.
How the process works
Get in contact with your idea, whether it be through our contact form, email, or social media, get in contact and get the chat going with us. Quotes and chats are always free and don't come with any commitment.
Quoting, deposit, size, timber, time, finish...
After a general chat and getting a good understanding of what you're after and what I can make we get into the more detailed bit. I'll estimate dimensions, how long it will take, general design, what timber will be used, the finish to be applied etc.
In that time I'll give you a quote and if you're happy to proceed an invoice for a deposit will be issued. That's where the commitment begins, the deposit is 20% of the total price and is non-refundable.
How long it takes:
I'll estimate each projects on a case by case basis and estimate a dispatch date but I leave myself roughly 3-4 weeks for a project. Lots of that time is for things like oils and stains to dry and cure properly so your not getting anything that feels oil or tacky (sticky) or has a strong smell to it.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping is covered as part of the total price you pay. Or for local orders on NSW Central Coast I can arrange delivery.
As I said, get in contact and have a chat and see what we can make.
